i dont put my hopes up so when i do bad it isnt that much of a shock

Well, technically, it's only as long as the lack of a break every 6 hours isn't a regular thing, and is caused by 'the needs of the business'.
Long time no speaky, I tend to be quite quiet on the forums at the moment because I come home from work at the busiest tourist venue in London and just want to lock myself in a dark room and listen to the sound of silence
