It's for primary!
I don't have any emails or letters yet! But as far as I'm aware it's a one to one interview, group discussion and you have to give a short presentation on a current educational issue!

Ah got my date for Worcester changed to next Thursday. Getting super nervous now especially because my worried about my subject knowledge in History. I did a joint honours History degree but alot of my modules were either Irish history or more social history and the American South/Slavery.

Thanks! I chose 7-11, much preferred that age group when I did work experience. Your statement should be fine if you chose 5-9! Have to provide a sort of lesson plan for a book of your choice for part of the interview. Don't know what to pick! Has to teach them literacy but can also relate to another subject. Sure I'll be fine though. I just want an offer now!

Maybe you could do something about the rainforest? Yeah it should be fine, do you have to deliver the lesson or just like explain the lesson plan? Is that all they have told you about the interview? I know me too, it's the waiting that makes me nervous and I'm checking my emails like crazy lol!

Ive got an interview offer for primary at cumbria, surprised as i sent my application on the 3rd and had a date by the 4th!

mine is on the 18th, originally they wanted me on the 11th but I already have another one that same date which I had already confirmed and accepted.

I asked for the 18th as its exactly a week later, lots of people seem to be going on the same day as you though!

How have you decided what object/activity/game/photo to bring for your interview? I want to know I have made the right choice but its so hard!! lol

Anyone else got an interview for Lower Primary at YSJ?

I got invited for interview so much quicker than I thought - just one day after submitting my application! I must admit it's thrown me rather for six...having used up all of my holiday doing work experience I didn't expect to have to try and fit in an interview this side of Christmas as well. Can't wait, doing lots of prep this weekend for it and super excited...and a little nervous too. :-)

I had an interview at Leeds yesterday for 7-11. You just prepare a lesson and present it, you don't teach it.
