I'm from Sheffield and I have offers to study American studies (4 years) which is my firm choice, and American Studies with Film Studies which is my insurance
Just had a letter today saying i'm getting an offer for ba music just gotta wait and see what it is on ucas!
I've got an offer from Music (BMus) few weeks ago Why do you choose Hull's music? I come from Hong Kong so I don't know much about music course in Hull.. What's your opinion on Hull's music course?

Well done with the bmus offer I've got an offer for the ba (waiting for the track update on ucas though ) so i may see you on campus in september. I choose hull because i was really impressed with the course and the fact that you can engage in a lot of different types of music types while still doing a degree in music, eg in my case i would specialise in music performance on my main instrument yet i would still be able to do music technology modules which is another passion of mine as i do both A2 music and Music Technology. As well the performance opportunities for my main instrument (tenor horn) have a big range of performance options which i'd love to be able to do! All in all i was very impressed with hull when i had my interview last saturday and when the renovations are done on the music department, it will make it stand out as a great place to study music at!
Oh good, mine are those dates too. I think I may go in April, but I need to check with my school timetable. I'm doing Philosophy and Politics, wbu?
I'm doing British Politics and Legislative Studies, the one with the year internship in Westminster. Had no idea the open day would be in London, so excited for it haha

Oooooh, that sounds very challenging. My course hasn't got the intership in Westminster, but it was nice to be invited I'm guessing you're not from London then?
I was originally going to apply to do just chemistry, but after reading through the info of that course, I though the nanotechnology bit sounded like something I'd find interesting.

Yeah it required an interview so I still can't believe I'm going! If you're doing politics you still get a chance to apply for a semester in Westminster which i think is why you'll have been invited to London. I'm from Leeds so going to London is still such a novelty, what about you?

Have you heard back from Hull yet?
I sent mine off in october, so i heard back in november. is hull your firm choice?
Just booked to go to the April one. I am really excited
I might be going to that one! Does anyone know how fast they fill up? I was thinking to do it after the open day on 19th Feb to see when others are going
