Do you think it's a general attitude towards life that needs changing? Maybe pushing yourself to be like others/compete against them is spoiling your ability to relax and have a good time doing your hobbies?
Well, I am not able to participate in the games, my training is without purpose... and I can't motivate myself and thus I am annoying anyway with being the frustrated player in the middle which is allways absent and doesn't give it bests...really better I don't go there anymore, although I miss the others. ( I am anyway ill again... Motivated or not, I can't go.)
Your post made me thirsty, so I got chocolate raspberry cider.
Burrow Hill (it's a Somerset cider so keeping it local )
it's really nice actually, got it free thanks to my mum and it hits the spot very nicely, lovely flavour to it as well! (it's medium dry but also fairly sweet tasting)
l successfully went out and socialised at a drama workshop tonight and actually had fun and wasn't awkward!
also got back a jacket I left at a friends house on Halloween (which is ages ago now now is it almost April already) which is nice. plus I drank a can of Relentless so I feel pretty hyper

I'm not a huge fan of overly dry ciders but if it's also sweet it sounds nice.

it's not that dry really imo, certainly it's not as dry as the other cider I got at the weekend which was so dry even I found it too much aha! I like medium dry ones though, they tend to be quite strong as well which helps
been invited to a protest at the weekend, it's made me realise it's been ages since I last went to one even if I can't go this weekend (would need to borrow cash off my mum) I definitely think I want to try and get to more in future I think, I miss the buzz and excitement of them, and being with other people who are as passionate about things as I am.
I know they say not to drink on anti-depressants, or even if you just have depression, but how strictly does anyone follow this? I occasionally drink socially, and I'm not addicted or anything, I don't even like getting drunk, but it's hard to completely give it up

I was told by my old CPN that I can drink very small amounts of alcohol as long as it's diluted I rarely drink alcohol but I'm partial to some Pimms in the summer

to be honest I have never followed that advice, it means you get drunk a bit easier, but that's about it in my experience. nothing wrong with an occasional drink imo either. though I probably drink too much when I do drink, largely cause I like being drunk...which is probably cause of my MH but tbh the MH services do nothing so I may as well deal with things by drinking or something I figure. (if you want the best reply just ignore my reply from "though I personally" onwards btw)
that's awesome! really glad you went out & enjoyed it!
haha, energy drinks are good, have a soft spot for the odd Monster myself!
yeah I'm pretty proud of myself, we did some fun scenes and stuff so it was actually fun hopefully I'll go again next week
I very rarely drink them, im fairly sensitive to caffeine, it tends to make me very hyper or a few cups of coffee make me shake a little

oh and to add to the alcohol discussion, Im trying to cut down and I now only drink like once every couple of months, but ive always drank on ADs and it's been fine, though it does affect your tolerance. I used to be able to keep up with all my guy friends drink for drink (that scottish blood) but now I'm drunk after 2 ciders haha

I found taking antidepressants and drinking made me get drunk a hell of a lot quicker.
I just had a bottle of cider and already feeling it from just one.

fair enough, I am okay with caffeine normally tbh, but a few cans of energy drink will make anyone hyper haha!

tbh were it up to me I would drink more, I just like being drunk too much I think. that's what I find as well really, they reduce how much it takes to get you drunk but that's about it, my record of 21 pints was whilst on AD's though
