Got a start date for my job start next thursday for induction then straight onto session thursday night
Then found out my mum had been in hospital for 2 days with a liver infection pretty worried about her as shes still very ill, but due to lack of beds they had to send her home to get better at home but shes got to go back at some point for more tests
Then went to bingo with the mother in law (in her little community hall where she lives to get her socialising with the locals) and won twice
Gotta phone ESA tomorrow to tell them i have a job and ask how it will affect us
Nice one getting a job! What is it? (feel free not to answer if you don't want to).
Sorry to hear about your mum, hope she gets better soon.
Assistant youth support worker only 6 hours a week contract, but its something, and a foot in the door as most youth work posts are internal and its what i went to uni for so cant complain! My managers already wanting to sign me up for loads of trainings haha.
I hope she does too i cant believe she didnt tell me until AFTER she was discharged! She went in tuesday i think! Although she most likely didnt tell me as she knew id worry but thats not the point

So many She sounds really horrible So useless of them Could you get an urgent appointment on-the-day when you're back at Uni? Huge though, so unfair on you Won't be around much today, maybe a bit this evening and also tomorrow afternoon onwards really/after exam, if you need to chat or anything
So after the DWP have taken away all but £20 of my weekly wages and first bus have taken away £12 a week for me using the bus, i will be left with £8 a week. No matter how many hours.
Well thanks a ****ing bunch DWP. Youv made me REALLY want to go to work now
Waiting for my fluoxotine, 25 min wait ._. At least i saw the doc again to get them, was struggling to get an appointment since it seems super busy at my gp place. I rang up the other day half hour after they opened, and they were already fully booked o_O Booked next one in advance so i don't have that again.
Mood is swinging a bit but kinda keeping it under control.
People seeming to have it pretty rough atm, hugs for all

Have you checked if you're eligible for working tax credits or a free bus pass? I'd go to the Citizens' Advice Bureau and see if there's anything more you can get.
