Costal Defences was last year and show the way you presented your field work for rebranding too so I they shouldn't.
This exam would be ok if there was a little more time

Yeah agree! In my mock for this when the invigilator said 5 mins to go I was still on the rebranding 15 marker! Only got 1/10 for the last question!!
Whats the best way to revise for this exam?

Any predictions what might come up for extreme weather and rebranding?
2014 exam questions:

why is managed retreat controversial, with examplesCosts/benefits of coastal development

Costs/benefits of coastal development - economic benefits, environmental costs

Fieldwork and research methods on success of coastal defences

how 3 rebranded places are using ‘image’ to attract new types of visitor

how you analysed and presented the results of fieldwork and research into rebranding schemes

How some places have used rebranding to become more sustainable

So it won't be any of those, bust past that, they've repeated previous topics from the year before in the past, so it's impossible to predict. Another thing they could do is use, for example, the sustainable rebranding topic from the last question, but have it as a first question.

Sadly, that means the only thing we can do is just cram and pray :/

Because it's a 75 minute exam, anybody got an idea how long you should be spending on each questions? (10 mark x2 and 15 mark)

Anybody got any notes? I need to make sure I can remember as much content as possible.

A mark a minute, so 10 mark = 10 minutes spent

Only have notes for the info about crowded coasts?
How many case studies should we know for each rebranding and crowded coasts?

For crowded coasts I know a few small ones such as Australia and Spain and then obviously the Holderness coast and blackwater estuary.

But for rebranding I only really know the 2012 olympics and also Eden Project.

Also- for Eden Project, do we have to know about the whole of Cornwall too?
