The headache comes and goes with, and I am just finding it hard to speak, I have to think about it.
How about the voices - any improvement? Side-effects do usually wear off, but if you're not seeing any positive effects soon I'd definitely see your doctor and explain how tough things are on it.

You can, if not completely you can definitely get a bit/hopefully quite a lot better. It might take a while (and wish CMHT would help you a bit more, someone else could) but it'll happen

It's very, very early days. Give it time. I've taken Q and so can understand the sedation but it does get easier.

That's what I am going to do. They have asked me to get bloods done on Thursday too

Im on quetiapine for paranoia, and its virtually stopped my delusions so i have faith it will help you!
Give it time, the sedation can be unreal, and be aware it CAN cause suicidal thoughts. You will get through this, keep safe and stay strong
