Hi, can i ask what you had to do as i applied for the london firm. Was there like a maths and english test and a face to face interview?
hi, i got my assesment next week, and wanted to know what happens and what we will have to do. Also is there a maths/english test and face to face interview?
Hi guys! just got an email confirming I passed the application stage of the process. I have booked on for the telephone interview, and from reading above I'm assuming I will need good examples of things I have done in the past. is the telephone interiew questions just like the ones on the application itself?

Any help/advice would be great to prepare me for this stage.

Very little. You have a slight advantage as you can speak to people who have done it.

It is literally just give examples of how you have demonstrated the competencies. Two scenarios followed by a analysis of your answer to the "describe in 25 words....." thing from your application

Thanks for the help, so basically do they just go through ALL the competencies given in the email?

how long did your phone call last?

have you heard back for an assessment centre?

Firstly they will put them into questions but its more or less that.
It will last around 45 mins, you'd be surprised how quickly that passes.
And no they said that I would hear back until after the 18th.

Right so I've just been sent an email from them saying I have to complete an Inductive Reasoning Test?
Any Idea what this is?
I've just been sent the same thing I'm assuming its a verbal, non verbal and numerical test but I'm not sure to be honest

make sure you do research before attempting it and if you find something out please do let us know

It's something to do with shapes, you have to spot the pattern

Where did you find that. I found out they use Cubiks for the tests, whatever that means?

Has anyone attempted the cubicks test? how was it ? any tips or ways to prepare for it?

BTW i spoke to someone at the assessment centre regarding hearing back, i was told that the last one is now on the 19th June so we should expect to hear back by the start on July

There are so many its incredible!

the fact that they train you for 6 years, you get to choose which area to specialise into, they fund the training so you earn in the 6 years whiles not having any debt from fees.... and KPMG its self is a great firm the pay and benefits are great too!

Have you applied yet? where are you in the process?

If you haven't already applied, they have closed the applications off now...
Has anyone else received the link to the online test?
