Um if he was proved to be mentally ill he would not be sentenced, so don't use that as an excuse.

oh dear.. reading the news report i hate how they criminalise people with mental health disorders. At the bottom it says 'amended to include more of the psychatric report' so it was probably worse before that. It's a terrible sadness that it happened on both sides.. sad that someone could be so ill to do that..
