Anyone apply for SGUL with an Access course?

Looking to apply for paramedic science, debating between access to paramedicine (likely much easier for me to get distinctions) and access to biomed (will likely stand out more, although will also be harder).

SGUL seems to have a much lower percentage of people who got in through Access vs A Levels, compared to the other universities I'm looking at.

If you did, what did you apply for, and with what Access course? Did you get an offer?

I'd say go with Paramedicine. You'll cover a lot more relevant content in comparison to Biomedicine.

My issue with that, is I'm not sure how much more relevant content there'll be. The biology section is near-identical, and the rest is psychology (which I already have a strong interest in, I come from a marketing background). For reference, here are the two courses:

Only difference on the biology is Cardiovascular/Respiratory/Gastrointestinal (admittedly valuable, 20% of the bio course) and Human Reproductive Biology (10%). Those 2 are definitely valuable, but the rest of the Biomed covers chemistry and physics, and the paramedicine only has 33 points in a pure science, SGUL says they require 30 at merit/distinction.

If there's multiple people applying for the course using Access, then having a lot of pure science credits could be helpful, as I'm only just scraping by, and it's harder to give offers when they don't have any grades to see yet. I'm not sure how they handle the applications process on Access, and whether I'm unlikely to get an offer on that prior to course completion.

I did my Access course with the same company. I did Access to Science option 2. I've applied for Diagnostic Radiography. The uni contacted me and asked for the transcript of grades. Now just waiting to hear back from them.
