Kings College vs. University of Surrey Business Management

Hi

I am currently waiting to hear whether Kings College, which is my firm choice, will accept me as my IB exam results are out.
However, I have become interested in University of Surrey and thinking about applying to this University through clearing as I had declined the conditional offer from this University.
I want to study Business Management.
Can anyone please tell me which University is better in terms of academically, socially and in all student experience?
