It would depend on what all the other applicants got and how popular the course is but i would say i wouldnt count on it if you dropped 2 grades.

not sure if he should take gloucester off as his first choice and use two others with less points...but if he did get 300 it would be too late

If he exceeded the offer of the firm he chose he could always try adjustment although theres no guarantee gloucester would be in adjustment
