Quality, not quantity. Quality is determined by a shadowy coven of veteran users. They don't explicitly inform you your thread has been declared a success, but you know, you sense their ethereal presence haunting the margins of your thread.

this is true, quality matters.
especially since all you need to do to get a high quantity of replies is get people to talk about themselves.
its not about the quantity.... its about the quality
