Joint honours

So I want to apply for a joint honour in psychology and criminology but I'm not sure if I'm supposed to write about both psychology and criminology on my personal statement

You would need to write about both :smile:

perhaps bring in a couple of connections between the two subjects too as there are definitely ones that could be made for those subjects :smile:

Depending on whether the course title is 'and' or 'with', you should weight your amount of content accordingly. I.e. psychology and criminology should be 50/50, whereas 'with criminology' should be more like 66/33

Do all the universities that you're applying to offer dual honours in psychology and criminology? If not you'll need to write more about the main subject area and just mention the interest in criminology otherwise you might not get offers from the others
