I'm currently applying for my accommodation for 2016 because I did late ucas applications, and just wondering if anyone knows how difficult it will be to get Lincoln Courts? It's got a lot of rooms but i'm on a rather tight budget and need the cheapest halls possible really!
Courts is exclusively for first years and most who put it as their first choice should get it - although there are cheaper options than Courts, but are harder to get into
What are the chances of me getting accommodation at Junxion if I've put it as my insurance ?
I literally have no idea of all the other accommodation halls that put down on my application.
As I only visited the Law department and Junxion is right next door but I believe across the other end is the Pavilion but I've been told it's really bad for socialisation and only good for space ?
My application states Awaiting Verification, its been like this since about mid March when i applied; does anyone know when I will hear what accommodation I'm definitely going to be in? maybe its a silly question but I've no idea how these things work

you won't know which accommodation you've been allocated until A-Level results have been released and the university can allocate the accommodation - so a couple of weeks at most left to wait

Less chance because it's smaller and houses both undergrad and postgrad students - I think around 60% of people get their first choice accommodation and around 75% get their top three
I don't want to put you off but you won't be able to do that I don't think - you have to wait to be assigned if you're a first year - plus you'll most likely want to live with first years

Yeah this is if I don't get my choice of accommodation 🙂
