What are the odds? P

Im trying to work out the chances of these events cashing ilk try and explain the problem.

Both events happen within the same 20 day window. Both events take half a day however event A can only happen in the morning where as event B can also take place in the afternoon.

Event A has three occurances
Event B has six occurances

Each occurance requires its own slot(event B cant happen twice at the same time)

What are the odds that events A and B clash?

I've tried it using the back of a fag packet maths but dont have much faith in my workings. Came out to about 60% of no clash.

Event A can happen any three of the 20 days and does not matter when.

So chance of event B not clashing is

37/40 * 36/39 * 35/38 * 34/37 * 33/36 * 32/35 which is about 60%
