Help - Advice needed

Completed an access course and I have a conditional offer with a university. I was sent an e-certificate then my certificate arrived by post. The certificate doesn't show an overall grade.

Contacted my firm university to say I got my results they said they need an overall grade to decide if I do or don't have a place at my firm university. I contacted some staff on my course and the person said they don't think there's an overall grade but have got in touch with someone to have a look at it.

Haven't yet got a response about overall grade. University said they need an overall grade. I did think it was odd that I don't have an overall grade as my certificate just shows I achieved it but I thought there's meant to be a pass, merit, distinction overall grade as other certificates I have got the same thing.

Any advice where to go from here? Slightly panicking.
