Is this your EPQ title or a question you're using for primary research? It may be better to devise a questionnaire asking for opinions and reasons (for example asking a yes/no question and then giving a list of possible reasons with an 'other' option where respondents can write their thoughts), rather than asking one open-ended question, as the responses would be easier to analyse
