It is a year internship. for business roles, you can specify which departments you would be interested in working in. You are put into the same pool as graduates.

So the online interview isn't that bad. The IPAT can be tricky. Make sure you go over sequences as these can be particularly difficult. Good luck!

Mine was in manager review for 3-4 weeks. The next AC is likely to be in mid-January. So you should hear from them in the new year
