My name's Luigi and I'm 27.
Lately I took the decision to start studying again.
I got a bachelor degree in business but I wanna change and start a new degree in computer science.
I had the idea after a colleague of mine told me about the student loans.
Now my aim is to find a good university in uk with a foundation course considering my lack on some subjects using a student loan.
At the end of June I booked the Ielts test relying to obtain a 6.5.
I wanted to ask you so some advice on how to find the best uni suiting my situation and the steps I should do.

There is funding for a p/t degree in technology and computer science subjects. I suggest you speak to SFE for further information and requirements as the published guidance seems quite sparse.
