I’m so annoyed at myself now! I forgot to round so I put 85% instead of 86% 😭
How did u guys work it out? I got 46% and i still think its right?, also just by looking at the numbers i knew it couldnt have been over 50 %

you do final-initial/initial x 100. basically big number takeaway the small and divide by small. I think you did decrease not increase?
Minus the 2 values. Answer divide it by the smaller value ×100

The bigger number(new value) - smaller number (older value)
divided by the older value. X times by 100 = 85.885 then round to 86%

i got sensory for 1 (i think this is wrong tho), motor for 2 and relay for 3

no the formula is
new value - old value divided by old value times 100
4568-2522/2522 x 100 to 2 significant figures is 86%

Unfortunately I believe it was 86%, especially since if you doubled the 'before' number (Double would mean 100% increase), you'd end up pretty close to the after number, so a 46% increase wouldn't bring the before number close to the after one.

Look at the figures, I do a level maths and it’s 46% to 2 sig fig. Hope this helps
