How do you learn content faster for Psychology?

How do you learn the AQA Psychology content faster or efficiently?

Takes me 2 hours to understand and make notes for one spread in the text book ("Conformity: Asch's Research" - 1 page of A01 description and 1 page of AO3 evaluation).

You might be thinking 2 hours is fair but all my school notes are bad and I have to relearn the whole content from scratch.

There are 10 spreads for a topic (double for Research Methods, double the content), and 12 topics overall for A-Level (RM counted as 2 topics).
13 topics x 12 spreads = 120 spreads.
120 spreads x 2 hours = 240 hours roughly to learn all of Psych.

Please give advice on learning the content more efficiently.
1.If I have not already purchase an AQA A level Psychology revision guide I would do so then armed with syllabus, and textbook. Each day I would work through a manageable section of the syllabus, read my revision book for that section, then read my textbook and speak it out aloud whilst doing this recording it so could play it back to myself.
2. I would practice the mathematics required for AQQ A level Psychology familiarise myself these types of questions in a past paper.

3.I would develop skills for multiple by doing quiz cards on online. I may even write some up on cards. However, I am not going to rewrite my notes because instead I could be learning and printing out what is needed. In the last six week can listen and read my revision book, listen to my recordings everyday. However now as soon as I receive this I am going to revise my plan.

4.I will learn how to structure an essay for 25 marks and do three to four essays a week closed book. Perhaps forming a template essay each of the major topics focusing on case study examples and theories. Looking at an actual exam paper will guide one.
I will aim for an A*/ A level. how do I achieve this? I will read the Moderators report/ Exemplar.
