I'd encourage you to take the exam one question at a time...Remember that when it comes to exams, the default position is 0%. If you answer no questions, you will get the default (and therefore by default will get the thing you fear- a fail)...Every question that you can answer in an exam is therefore an improvement- an extra percent or 2 or however many it's worth. If you reframe it that you've got nothing to lose by answering as many of the questions as you can, and by doing so, you give yourself the potential to pass/get the grade you want.
