Urgent! CAS number delay

Please need your help!

My course stars in 2nd of feb 2020
I received the accepted offer on December 2019 and i made the payment and sent all the documents for issuing the cas number

Today is 11/01 and I haven’t received the cas number yet??

I’ve contacted the uni and they said we are waiting to issue the cas no. As well

Is that normal? What about the visa process?

You just have to wait.. Did they give you an estimate?
Contact them next weds again if its not forthcoming. Nothing will happen this weekend.

No they didn’t give an estimate.

The visa process takes 14 days, and we have only 20 days to start my course.

Would that be a problem?

Just contact them and ask for an estimate.
Check you know what is required , have all the documents and are prepared for the visa interview.
