Is this girl a 10?

If you want to be picky then there are asymmetries in her face. Nothing you would really care about if you met her, and nothing anybody else in this thread would lack, but it does prevent her from being perfect.

Too young for me but objectively she is a very attractive person.

Oh I see what you're saying. Well no - I'm talking about an arbitrary scale for judging somebody's attractiveness, not salt solution. A rating of 0/10 rating for personality would be the equivalent of the personality of a piece of rock.

But honestly, I don't like judging people with numbers. It implies that I have complete information about someone and that there is some objective standard by which they can be compared to. My original point was that although I'm not acquainted with her, from what I've seen in her videos she doesn't really stand out. She's not particularly funny, nor does she seem to have any interests outside of fashion and makeup. Who knows, maybe she leaves things out in her vlogs, or maybe she really is funny and I have a terrible sensee of humour.

I know what you mean, she's fairly boring and a bit annoying as well. But she does makeup really well and she's hot so she has thousands of subscribers.

She's pretty for sure, but I imagine she probably looks quite plain without makeup. I'd agree more or less with your male friend, though maybe 7 rather than 6.
