    have a flapjack with some nuts and seeds, dark chocolate, banana and peanut butter as then you have both slow and fast release energy i eat this most days now since i had it back when i had my exams

    I always like to eat kinder buenos and drink orange juice during my revision time and before an exam. I mean I know it is not the healthiest snack but it makes me happy and feel a bit more calm which is what i need

    i never know what to eat for afternoon exams (1:30) because its too early to eat lunch before but i don't want to be starving after

    at a level it depended on what mum made so anything from beans on toast to full on aloo paroteh! :coma:

    I had some breakfast and coffee then pasta for lunch with some chicken then some snickers. I was calm and i could fully concentrate in the exam just saying
