Should children be kept under strict rules?

What are your opinions on it, do you think its best if children are kept under strict rules in school? What are the effects of it?

Yes.
Children are filthy scums that needs to be disciplined regularly.
They are currently the cancers of society and should be moulded into shape while we still have the chance.
Not only do they BELIEVE they have the right to freedom of speech, they also lack any social and cultural values, which should be instilled now before things get out of hand and we have 16 year olds living off the good money tax payers dish out for important things such as HEALTHCARE, EDUCATION... ECT and not taking care of some IRRESPONSIBLE CHILDs' BABBY.

They aren't so bad on other occasions though.

Yes, children these days are scummy little juveniles.

Punishment should be feared and tantrums shouldn't be tolerated.
Runny noses punishable by death.
