OK.. I will say a bit more, I think they have a place but the ones I have seen just do not the have the same facilities as universities there fore I cannot see how the standards can be as good

Ok higher education colleges such as Botlon are free to offer their own degrees but they are nothing more than colleges. There are 300 higher education colleges in the UK, only 100 of which have university status. So I am refering to the rest such as Bolton Insitute, Edge Hill etc.
