2005 ex-students need up to date notts club knowledge for reunion!

Hi, a bunch of us graduated from Notts in 2005, and we are coming back for a stag do. We need some help with where is the best place on a saturday, because I'm sure everything has changed! The groom is not really into house or anything, so it will need to be cheese. We'd really appreciate any advice on where might have a good atmosphere, where we can get away with terrible dancing and maybe even bump into a hen party!
