Fine, I'll spell it out for you.

If you need to be told what you 'gained' from any particular activity, you obviously didn't gain that attribute and any answer I give is only going to compound the lie you're going to tell.

I'd just not bring it up at the interview, if we postulate that you get one. Try adding something else to your form, because the admissions tutors are likely going to be able to tell you did nothing if it comes up at the interview.
