Anyway, water wouldn't get rid of bacteria, only anti-bacterial wipes would, so the difference between paper wiping and using water is none-existant regarding germs. I don't think there's a punishment but you can't preform prayers unless you're cleansed properly, but I don't know

Yeah, I do know what you mean. However, it's all about the cultural differences. Back in Asia, you wash with water and thus have taps located near the toilet for that purpose - even public toilets. In Western countries, they use toilet paper. It's funny because the Asians usually think that Westerners are dirty for not washing using water, and Westerners usually think the Asians are dirty for using only water and no toilet paper. I say that you should compromise and use a combination of the two - wet some toilet roll? Satisfies both parties?

ok im 19 and i just found out today that it seems that some people dont wash their ass properly after doo doo? like without water instead people get some dry toile paper and scrub it 3 times and think its ok? is this true ive asked nearly everyone and white people (no racist) seem to be the bigest ofenders please enlighten me people from all races
