i would say southampton, but it'd be based on one chick. i asked her if she wanted to **** and she agreed. we proceeded. was fun.

which is pretty slutty.

however, that was one chick. she coulda been in any city. for a generally slutty female population, perhaps you should try conducting a statistical survey. visit every city in the UK, attempt to seduce women in each one for a set time limit and then compare the results for each one in a presentable graph.
