Changing my accomodation.

Around a month ago I applied for Charles Morris accommodation which is catered and a single room. After speaking to some friends I changed my mind and I want to change my accommodation to Clarence Dock or Devonshire because I want to depend on myself and I want to meet people in my apartment and be around others.

I didn't get accepted into my accommodation yet, so is there a way to change my choice?
