I think maybe because Kim was a lot more open and talkative about it they decided to focus on her and didn't see the need in showing it about Nik.

Anyway some ANTM interesting facts for you (some of these may have changed now as I am using facts that applied through cycles 1-6)

- Someone pointed this out on a forum I go on, through cycles 1 to 6 the first girl to be called at the first judging has always been black. Its been, in order, - Ebony, Camille, Yaya, Tiffany, Nik and Nnenna. I can't recall if this was true for cycle 7.
- Sarah (cycle 4) posted for Stuff magazine before being on ANTM
- Furonda had been arrested before ANTM (felony forgery), as had Shandi for robbery
- Cycle one's runway show was set-up by the show
- In Cycle 4 at least one person cried in every episode
- Cycle 6 was the first cycle to feature no nudity or partial-nudity
- Shannon (cycle 1) is the only contestant to refuse to do a shoot and not be eliminated for it
- The state that has given us the most ANTM contestants is California with 12 girls
- Noelle (cycle 4) auditioned for cycle 1
- Robin is the plus size model who got the furthest, she came 4th
- In cycle 1, Tyra visited the majority of the photoshoots
- Adrianne, Elyse, Sara (cycle 3), Eva, Tiffany, Lisa and Jade have all appeared in music videos (not counting Tyra's video)
- When Janice was a judge her choice for the winner out of the final 2 never actually won. She rooted for Shannon, Mercedes, Yaya and Kahlen.
- Cycle 2-6, Nigel's favourite girl in the top two has always won

- Cycles 1-6 all featured food issues (Elyse's supposed eating disorder, Camille saying Yoanna had an eating disorder, Cassie's supposed bulimia, Keenyah eating too much, Lisa implied Coryn didn't eat enough and after cycle 6 the girls complained that the producers had barely given them any food)
- Jay Manuel originally wanted to be an opera singer
- 2 girls have gone to hospital with food poisoning and both have won their cycles (Adrianne and Danielle)
- Elyse didn't have a single photo the judges didn't like
- After cycle 5 none of the contestants kept the hair they had gotten in the make overs
- The ANTM girl that Nigel has showed the most open fondness for is April
- Of all the ANTM girls Adrianne has made the most money (mostly from her Playboy cover and reality tv shows the Surreal Life and My Fair Brady)
- Adrianne is the only married winner of ANTM
- Yoanna is the only winner from a wealthy background

- Jayla had the shortest post elimination speech
- Even though Kathy was the first eliminated in cycle 6 in order to keep this under wraps they still gave her a make-over (layers and dyed it red)

- In cycle 4, at first glance, Tyra and the Jays believed Lluvy would win

- In the final runway show of cycle 5, other ANTM girls walking in the show were Bre, Lisa, Tatiana, Jayla and Coryn

Melrose is 105lbs which would put her at about Shandi's weight, so yes another uber-skinny girl got near the top.

- Nicole (the winner) had worked with Victoria's Secret before the show
- Brittany worked as a teacher's aide
- Melrose was a designer in San Francisco, she had been modelling part-time since the age of 17
- Melrose was a sunday school teacher for 3 years
- Gina had tried out for cycle 4
- Brooke had tried out for several early cycles
- Danielle had worked at Abercrombie and Fitch (and was the only black girl working there, as she said to Dani)

Post-ANTM facts -
- The two contestants who are most vocal about their discord with ANTM/Tyra are Adrienne and Lisa, Adrienne has apologised for comments she has made but Lisa hasn't
- Shandi still works at Walgreens
- Eva has dropped her managers (including Tyra) and has changed her name from Eva Pigford to Eva Marcille (Marcille is an alteration of her middle name)
- The only first-eliminated contestant to be signed to a major agency is Brita who is signed with Ford.

Facts from the show you may not have known -
- In the episode with the clothing challenge where Melrose ended up winning absoloutely all the clothes, it was later revealed by Michelle (in a post-show interview) that Melrose actually did give back the clothes that the other girls really wanted.
- Toccara told Julie that 'America isn't ready for an Indian model yet'
- Coryn and Lisa made up but they still never became good friends
- In an interview Lisa said that the producers of ANTM started giving her less frames in photoshoots as she was doing too well
- Ken Mok (producer) revealed that during cycle 7, several girls had come to him afraid that Monique was going to lash out physically at them
- Jade and Gina's final argument (when Gina finally stands up to Jade) actually lasted several hours
- Jade and Joanie once had a big argument (Jade accused Joanie of talking about her behind her back) that went on for an hour and apparently had a lot of profanity, it wasn't aired.
- The girls often see the person bringing in the Tyra Mail, they're told to act surprised
- Jade had to have her shade of blonde changed, as Tyra didn't like it
- In order to avoid spoilers, some girls did shoots that occured after their elimination so people wouldn't pick up on who was missing. Magdalena, Julie and Leah were in the Lee Jeans shoot and Furonda, Leslie, Nnenna and Brooke appeared in the Thai swimsuit shoot.

So, here's a little question, who are the cream of the crop when it comes to ANTM bitchery? Let's say a top 3, excluding cycle 8 so we don't have to use spoilers.

There seem to be varying degrees of bitchiness on ANTM, so I'll go by what I get on forums.

Generally the ones considered full-blown horrible are:

My top 3 are going to be: Jade for being so damn delusional and crazy, Monique for helping me vent my anger thinking about her and Keenyah just because of that damn 'No other girl understands the greatness of South Africa the way I do because I'm black'. Honourable mention to Jayla, for getting so worked up over so little and for stealing that damn granola bar.

Right to go through the cycles;

Cycle 1- For some reason, i've seen every episode, yet it doesn't really stick in my mind. I didn't like it when Robynne and Shannon refused to do the nudey shoot though, because it says on the application form its gonna happen, so why moan about it? Anyway, I know they were both religious, and good for them, but is an agency gonna book them anyway and be like "oh never mind, we respect your beliefs!" Er, no. On the other hand, I like Elyse.

Cycle 2 - I didn't like Camille, it was her "this is my signature walk..." speech that did it. Catie moaned a bit too much for my liking, sort it out! My favourites were Sarah, Mercedes and April.

Cycle 3 - I thought Yaya was really beautiful, but had a severe sense of humour failure; I don't think she laughed once! I didn't like Amanda, I think she was a bit psycho, and I didnt even get her look. I liked Nicole and Norelle.

Cycle 4 - I hated Noelle, she was such a bitch! And Brandy; argh god what a waste of a place that could have gone to someone else! Oh and I quite liked Naima, but her "my fathers black and mexican, and my mamas black and irish..." speech did my head in! She was about as black as I am! (And i'm white). My favourite was Kahlen. Oh and I loved Brita! She should NOT have gone 1st!

Cycle 5 - I hated Ashley, i'm glad she went 1st. She would have done my head in if she'd have stayed longer. Wasn't a huge fan of Ebony either; I thought she was ugly and really bitchy. Favourites were Nik, Nicole, and picture wise, Lisa (even though she was a bit weird).

Cycle 6 - Hmm well i absolutely hated Nnenna with a passion; when her boyfriend got to visit, and she just sat there with a face like a smacked arse cos she would have "preferred her sister" to be there, whilst the other contestants had no one. What a bitch! Jade was really thick and arrogant, but very entertaining. I loved Brooke, Leslie and Danielle (deserved winner imo)

Cycle 7 - Monique was just a waste of space full stop, and Melrose was a bit annoying, but I quite liked her. My favourites were Brooke and AJ (imo she could have won if she had a better attitude). Anchal was beautiful, but not a top model.

Apart from you-know-who in Cycle 8, lol, to me most of them were just annoying rather than bitchy! (Though i will admit alot of them bitched, but what girls don't?!)

So Cycle 7 people, are you pleased with who won?! Out of the final two i was v glad she won!

(I won't say incase people haven't seen it yet... just that my friend has it as her screen name so i persume the episode has aired!)

there should be a different thread for each cycle sinse so many ppl watch it on youtube. they wont have to bother using spoilers and it means ppl who watch it on living wont accidentally get it ruined

but yes i was very glad who won. i haaaaaaaaaated melrose. her face and smile was sickeningly fake whenever anyone of any importance was around. and the way she freaked when carriedee or however u spell her name stepped on it. its like erm get over it u whiney child.and when they were being judged at the end she really thought shed won when they were saying how bad carriedees runway was. haha gutted for her
