Books to compare with Wuthering Heights?

Next year I will be sitting the English Language & Literature LL4 (WJEC): Comparative Textual Analysis and Review. The text I'm studying is Wuthering Heights by Emily Bronte.

Which books or texts could I use to compare with Wuthering Heights?

the answer has to contain :
'• comparative reference to at least one other text that you have either studied as part of the English Language & Literature course or selected for wider independent study.'

Last year I studied In Cold Blood by Truman Capote and The History of the Ned Kelly Gang..which I don't think are very useful.

Any ideas are welcome :smile:

Jane Eyre is surely a safe bet.

You could, COULD take it in a different direction, and compare it to another revenge tragedy. There are alot of classical characteristics that could make it compared to any book in that genre :smile:
