Should I resit S2 MEI Maths exam in June ?

Okay so i did a S2 MEI Maths exam this january and got 77 UMS. Last year i got : 93,85 & 82 UMS. I have been told that C3 and C4 papers are very difficult and i also feel that the topics are quite challenging. I feel i could be a lot better with practice but i am not sure to what extent i would be better. I thought this S2 paper went well and i thought i was good at S2 before the exam. The head of the maths department said to me that there is no point in resitting in her opinion because she does not think the mark will go up because if i did my best whilst having s2 classes, i wont do better without s2 classes in june. Is she right ?

I have my notes on S2 still and so wont take long too learn. Should i resit or not ? By looking at the exam paper i did and seeing where i went wrong and revising s2 along c3 and c4, would i get higher mark ?

I need to get A overall. If don't retake i need around 74 UMS IN C3 AND C4.
