Changing Field in Nursing

Hi, I will be hopefully going to King's College London this September to study Adult Nursing. I am now having second thoughts about this course and I was wondering if anyone knew if it was easy to switch fields once I start the degree as I think Mental Health Nursing is more for me. I know the entry requirements for Mental Health Nursing were a little different to Adult so would it be difficult to switch fields? Any information is appreciated :smile:

The only thing I could suggest is to contact Kings directly and ask the question. I know some uni's do combined branch study the 1st year so may not be an issue but not sure if Kings do this.
