1 Housemate Wanted for a Lovely House in Canley - Warwick Uni

Looking for one housemate for a 4-Bedroom house in Canley; it is a great house, much better than the hundreds of other student houses previously viewed!

The house is in a great location; a 15 minute walk from campus, and less if you're on a bike, and not far from Tesco; directly on your way home each day! The house itself is well furnished and well maintained, with all of the rooms having DOUBLE beds.

The rental period is negotiable (preferably something like mid-September - June) - meaning that the tenant of this house could get a Nine month let and saving money on paying for weeks of accommodation you wouldn't be there for like through Warwick! The tenancy contract runs out, however, at the end of June.

The housemates are three third year students; one studies Mathematics, another studies Biomedicine and the third studies Chemistry.
