Two of our housemates are finishing university at the end of January and we need to fill up their rooms asap so that our bills do not end up doubling overnight!

We have two double bedrooms available, both reasonably sized, both are £40 per week.
We would like someone to move in as soon as possible - with 1st February being the ideal date.

We are requesting female housemates only please. The two of us that you would be living with are both 25 year old female students. It is quite a nice house, with communal bathroom and living/kitchen area, well located (about 5 mins from train station) and cheap!
