Seeking replacement tenant in Lincoln student house
Hello, I am looking for somebody to take over my tenancy in a student house in Lincoln as I will no longer be attending the university.
It is a lovely 6 bedroom house with two bathrooms and one toilet, as well as a shared kitchen and living space, garden and utility room.
Your room will be a double bedroom upstairs, furnished with a desk, closet, chest of drawers and fireplace. You will be sharing with 5 other tenants who are studying at Lincoln (4 male, 1 female) and they are incredibly sweet lovely people.
Rent is £120 per week, and deposit is 300. The tenancy starts on 26th August so this is fairly urgent! However you can move in later than this date.
