Room available in London for summer
Hi all,
My flatmate is flying back to her home country during the summer break(21 Jul~20 Aug), We're looking for someone who can take over her room(Double bedroom) during this period or minimum stay for 3 nights. It's a female only flat, we'd prefer a girl for the takeover!
Three of us are sharing a ground floor flat(3b, 1b; separated bathroom), 240 pw(40 per night) including all bills, location at SW1V(Pimlico) near Chelsea College of Arts. It's 10 min walking distance to Pimlico station, 15 min to Victoria station. Bus; 24, 360, C10, to Westminster-Trafalgar square/Knightsbridge/Waterloo/Elephant & Castle.
