Question regarding european citizenship issue
Hi everyone, my name is Uri. I'm Israeli and I plan by 2015 to study in Europe (haven't decided yet where but likely in the UK). I'm in the middle of a process to recieve a Hungarian citizenship. From what it seems, I won't get it at least before February 2015. When do most British universities close their attandance period and if by then I'm still in the process would they consider my application as an Israeli student?
