I have a double size studio apartment within The Summit, Leicester (search in Google for website) to rent - a stylish and contemporary student-aimed tower block, only one year old. Third (top) floor apartment, with the largest floor space available for this weekly price (29 sq. m.) - very spacious compared to any other student accommodation! £139 per week for one student or a couple (price per week is shared between the two of you!).
Bedroom area: double bed with storage underneath, bedside table, full length mirror, triple wardrobe.
Living area: double leather sofa, desk with swivel chair, large wall shelving, 32 inch flat screen TV, coffee table, heater and air conditioner.
Kitchen area: fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, oven and electric hob, microwave, sink and draining board etc.
Bathroom: white suite, fully tiled, shaving light and mirror.
The apartment is very quiet, there is no noise at all from adjacent flats, plus no overhead rooms. Three full length windows give lots of light, with black-out blinds for night time. A management office handles post and are very efficient at dealing with any inquiries! 24-hour CCTV and manned security, bike storage, plenty of parking on the road just outside, laundry room with card-operated machines, site kept very clean. Looking for one or two (can be a couple) new tenants to take over our current tenancy from July 1st 2014 - June 30th 2015, due to having to move for job requirements. The energy bills are already paid, so you get full water, electricity, and unlimited broadband for FREE! No damage deposit at all!! Lovely views over the river.
Only a ten minute walk to Leicester Uni, or a few minutes to DMU.
