Barristers becoming Partners of an LLP

I have the most confusing question. It whether a barrister can become a partner (member) of an LLP.
after looking trough the required rules offered to help address this question I am now stuck at Rule 13 of the SRA handbook Authorisation Rules. It states

13.2The SRA will deem a person to be approved as suitable to be a manager or owner of an authorised body under this Part if:
(a) that person is:

(i)a solicitor who holds a current practising certificate;

(ii)an authorised body;

(iii)an REL; or
(iv) an RFL;

It does not mention barristers -WHY NOT
