Stressed and scared postgraduate

I was fortunate enough to get offered both accommodation and the bursary for it. I'd be really stressing if I hadn't.
I should say though, I did my undergrad in Dundee and it is definitely possible to commute. You can get really cheap accommodation fairly near the centre. I was paying 275 a month about a 10min walk from the centre last year. Compare that to St Andrews prices; night and day. I had to go to St Andrews a few times and the buses were frequent enough to make it easily and cheaply done.
