Whole chicken, mix herbs (any), lemon juice and melted butter together. Chop 4/5 garlic cloves and mix in, Get under the chicken skin and stab the breast and legs with a few holes and push the pieces of garlic in, rub the rest of the contents under the skin generously, fit as much as you can get in. Cover the skin with the rest and roast.
I have sometimes eaten the whole chicken doing this.
