Should I apply to UCL

Hi guys, I need your input because I'm not 100% sure if I should risk applying to a BMAT university or not.

I originally planned to apply to St.Georges, Plymouth, UEA and Lancaster with my stats of:

5a* 4a 2b
aaaa, predicted a*a*a in econ, bio and chem respectively.
680 band 1

But I have a feeling I would regret not applying to a top university. So should I replace Lancaster with UCL or not risk it?
