    University of Sussex, University of Leeds and University of East Anglia should be your top choices - all have massive research institutes that work with NGOs and overseas governments and are therefore at the forefront of current practice.

    Ultimately only you can decide which course interests you the most. If you want to see what each Uni looks like then there will be 'Open Day' films on You Tube that will give you a good idea.
