Women have a right to bodily autonomy. This right must be considered alongside a presupposed (it is assumed, for the sake of argument) right to life of the fetus. A right to life does not entitle you to violate the rights of others (JJT gives a few examples). Therefore, the right to life of a fetus cannot supersede the right to bodily integrity of the woman. Essentially, the right to life of the fetus does not entitle the fetus to violate the right to bodily integrity of the woman.

Is there anything in particular you don't understand regarding her paper?
