MPharm Degree

Is the MPharm and masters or bachelors degree?
MPharm is an intergrated master programme, so it is an Master degree, but it is classified as undergraduate.

BPharm don't exist anymore.

MPharm is a bit of an abbreviation for Master of Pharmacy so it is a Master's degree. This is what is says in a Wikipedia page;

In the United Kingdom, MPharm or MPharm(Hons) is an undergraduate academic degree awarded following four years academic study in pharmacy. The degree is awarded by all of the schools of pharmacy in the UK and superseded the BSc (Pharmacy) and BPharm degrees when the length of the undergraduate pharmacy course was increased from three to four years in 1997—partly due to EU harmonisation of pharmacy training and partly to extend the scope of the undergraduate degree. At King's College London, the initial 3 years of the degree are taught at undergraduate level and the final year is taught at postgraduate level in order to attain a Master's degree.

Yes, although the final year is taught at Master's level, the degree on the whole is considered as an undergraduate degree - similar to certain MSci degrees, which are undergraduate master degrees. The MPharm degree is not considered to be equivalent to a standalone postgraduate Master's degree, e.g. MSc.

Interesting to learn that a Master's degree can be postgraduate as well as undergraduate :K:. What would follow after an MPharm? DPharm?

A DPharm is possible - it's a professional doctorate, equivalent to the postgraduate MD that's offered here in the UK to doctors, and the DPharm lasts about 4 years part time, I believe. A PhD is also possible (a normal doctorate), which usually lasts about 3 years full time. Alternatively you could also just go for a Master's option too, e.g. MSc in Clinical Pharmacy.
